I chose to explore mindmeister.com and gliffy.com. I really enjoyed using the Mindmeister mind map for brainstorming. This is a great tool for outlining key points, and tying them all together. This application has a relationship function, that allows for the user to bind together different ideas with a core link. I also found Gliffy entertaining, however the flow chart aspect is more of a critical thinking excercise. I definately would use both these applications in class. I think the mind map is great for brainstorming any idea, especially for writing papers. The Gliffy application is great for critical thinking while reading.
